Can Copilot see everything in our tenant?

No. Copilot respects existing permissions, so it can only reach what each user can already access. The risk is that many people can access far more than they should, which is why we review that first.

How many licences do we need for a pilot?

Usually somewhere between five and fifteen people across a few roles. We help you choose who will give the most useful results.
