AI · AI Readiness Assessment

Find out where AI will actually help your business.

Most businesses can see that AI matters but not where to start, what it will cost, or what it means for their data. In two to three weeks we work out where AI is worth it for you, what has to be in place first, and the order to do it in.

Is this for you?

  • Your team is already using ChatGPT or Copilot informally and you are not sure what data is going where
  • The board or owners are asking for an AI plan and you need something concrete
  • You have ideas for using AI but no way of telling which are worth the money
  • You want a plan from people who will tell you honestly if AI is not the answer

What you get

  • Short workshops with leadership and the people who do the work
  • A review of your data, Microsoft 365 permissions and security, so AI cannot expose what it should not
  • A prioritised list of use cases, each with effort, cost and expected return
  • An AI usage policy your staff can follow
  • A 90-day roadmap and a board-ready summary

How it works

Clear steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Kick-off

A short call to agree scope, who we should speak to, and what good looks like for you.

  2. 02

    Discovery

Workshops and interviews with your team, plus a review of your Microsoft 365 data and security.

  3. 03

    Analysis

We size each opportunity honestly: what it saves, what it costs, and what could go wrong.

  4. 04

    Roadmap

You get the report, the policy and a 90-day plan, walked through with you in person or on a call.

FAQ

AI Readiness Assessment: common questions

Something else? Ask us.

Do we need Microsoft Copilot to benefit from this?

No. We look at the tools you already have and what is worth adding. Sometimes the best first step is a policy and better use of tools you are already paying for.

What happens after the assessment?

You own the roadmap and can deliver it yourselves, with another partner, or with us. If a use case looks promising, an AI Proof of Concept is the usual next step.

How much of our time does it take?

Typically a couple of hours from leadership and an hour or so from a handful of staff, spread over the first week or two.
