AI · AI Proof of Concept

Test one real AI idea on your own data, before you commit.

A proof of concept turns an AI idea into something your team can actually use and judge. We build one focused use case in your own Microsoft 365 or Azure environment, measure it against how you work today, and give you a straight answer on whether it is worth taking further.

Is this for you?

  • You have a specific idea, such as answering questions from your documents or processing incoming paperwork
  • You want evidence before investing in a full build
  • Your data needs to stay inside your own environment
  • You want something real your team can try, not a slide deck

What you get

  • A working prototype built on your data, in your tenant
  • Common examples: an internal knowledge assistant, document and email processing, or an agent for a repetitive workflow
  • Access controls so it only sees what it should
  • Results measured against how the work is done today, including running costs
  • A go or no-go report with a plan and cost for production

How it works

Clear steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Define

We agree the one use case, the data it needs, and how we will judge success.

  2. 02

    Build

We build the prototype in your environment, with security and cost controls from day one.

  3. 03

    Test

Your team uses it on real work while we measure accuracy, time saved and cost.

  4. 04

    Decide

You get a clear recommendation: take it to production, change direction, or stop.

FAQ

AI Proof of Concept: common questions

Something else? Ask us.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. We use enterprise AI services that do not train on your business data, and everything is built in your own Microsoft 365 or Azure environment.

What if the result is a no-go?

Then you have saved the cost of a full build and learned why. A clear no is a useful outcome, and we will say so honestly.
