This notice explains how TwoBridges uses personal data. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

TwoBridges is a consultancy run by Lewis Spencer and Danny De’gaetano. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

This website

This site does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered straight to our Microsoft 365 mailbox and are not stored on the website.

When you contact us

If you use our contact form, email us, we use your name, email address and anything you tell us to reply and, if you become a client, to deliver our services. Our email is hosted in Microsoft 365 in the UK and EU. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose, and client records for six years for legal and accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@twobridges.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
