Cloud and Microsoft 365 · Microsoft 365 Security Check

Find the gaps in your Microsoft 365 security before someone else does.

Most small business tenants were set up quickly and never revisited. We review your Microsoft 365 against current good practice and give you a scored report and a plain-English list of what to fix, in order of risk.

Is this for you?

  • You are not sure whether MFA is enforced for everyone, including admins
  • Your Microsoft 365 was set up years ago and has grown since
  • A client, insurer or Cyber Essentials assessor is asking security questions
  • You want an independent view of the work your IT provider has done

What you get

  • Identity: MFA, Conditional Access, admin accounts and legacy sign-in
  • Email: spoofing protection (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), phishing and malware defences
  • Data: external sharing in SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
  • Devices, backup and licensing, including features you pay for but do not use
  • A scored report and a prioritised fix list, walked through with you

How it works

Clear steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Access

You give us temporary read-only admin access. We never need anyone’s password.

  2. 02

    Review

We check your settings against Microsoft’s and the UK NCSC’s guidance for small organisations.

  3. 03

    Report

A scored report and a fix list ranked by risk and effort.

  4. 04

    Fix, if you want

Your team or IT provider can work through the list, or we can fix it for you at a fixed price.

FAQ

Microsoft 365 Security Check: common questions

Something else? Ask us.

Will the review disrupt our staff?

No. The review is read-only and done in the background. Nothing changes until you decide what to fix.

Does this make us Cyber Essentials compliant?

It covers much of what Cyber Essentials asks about cloud services and accounts, and the fix list will move you closer. Certification itself is a separate assessment.

What size of business is it for?

Any business on Microsoft 365. The price scales with the number of users and how complex the setup is.
