FAQ

Microsoft 365 Migration: common questions

Something else? Ask us.

How long does a migration take?

Typically two to eight weeks from kick-off, depending on users, data volume and complexity. The cutover itself happens over an evening or a weekend.

Will we lose any email during the move?

No. We copy everything in the background, run a final sync at cutover and check it afterwards. Mail keeps flowing throughout.

Can you move our Google Drive and shared drives too?

Yes. My Drive goes to each person’s OneDrive, and shared drives go to SharePoint or Teams, structured the way your team works.
